Industrial cleaning requires powerful and efficient equipment to treat specific industrial surfaces. The use of an industrial high pressure steam cleaner is an increasingly preferred solution for industrial cleaning.

IBL Specifik has designed an Industrial Steam Cleaner, the Steambio 19000 three-phase steam cleaning machine.

This model, the most powerful in the range, is recommended for the industrial washing and is perfectly adapted to the problems encountered in most factories.

Indeed, the industrial cleaning and sanitization of surfaces, tools and production machines is particularly difficult. Industrial cleaning has to cope with a gwide variety of surfaces to be treated (INOX, electrical parts, floors...), to narrow, fragile or difficult to access areas...

The Steambio 19000 Industrial Steam Cleaner is ideal for de-scaling, degreasing, cleaning and pre-disinfecting equipment, parts and components to restore and sanitise production units.

• Steam is very gentle on the surface: the heat (185°C) and pressure (10 bars) of the steam act as a surfactant that dissolves grease and cleans thoroughly.
• The Steambio 19000 can be used with a detergent, degreaser or other product to increase the cleaning speed.
• Our Industrial Steam Cleaners consume up to 96% less water than traditional cleaning, allowing industrial use in areas that cannot get wet or where the presence of electronics prevents the use of large amounts of water.
• Industrial steam cleaning saves drying time which is practically non-existent, as the surfaces are not or only slightly wet after cleaning.
• Unlike high pressure cleaners, the steam cleaner can be used without stopping production and does not interfere with the working personnel.

Pressurized dry steam technology is a relatively dry jet (about 5% water) is sprayed under a pressure of 10 bar on the surface to be cleaned, at a temperature of 185°C.. Some models are equipped with a detergent tank allowing the addition of disinfectants, soaps, degreasers or other cleaning products.
The very low water usage of the steam cleaner allows for safe use in industrial environments in areas that cannot be wetted or where the presence of electronics prevents the use of large quantities of water.
