It involves spraying a disinfectant into the atmosphere using a diffuser, which saturates the room so that the product is deposited everywhere.<\/p>\n<h2>What is the advantage of aerial disinfection?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The benefits of <strong>DSVA<\/strong> is the absence of human intervention, so it can be carried out at night to avoid immobilising a laboratory, a food factory, a train or even a classroom that must be operational during the day.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This process is recommended for the food industry, medical and pharmaceutical laboratories, cr\u00e8ches and canteens.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">What's more, this method disinfects all surfaces in contact with the air. In fact, the <strong>DSVA, disinfection by air,<\/strong> is carried out in an airtight room and the product will spread throughout the volume until it saturates the room with a dry mist.<\/p>\n<h2>How can you be sure that the process is effective?<\/h2>\n<p>A standard, NF T 72-281, of <strong>airborne disinfection<\/strong> <strong>(DSVA)<\/strong>is used to certify the effectiveness of the diffuser\/product combination. The standard makes it possible to determine bactericidal, yeasticidal, fungicidal and sporicidal activity.<\/p>\n<p>Note that a diffuser\/product combination may have obtained satisfactory results for bactericidal activity but not necessarily for the two remaining activities, fungicide and sporicide. This standard must be issued by an accredited laboratory. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cofrac.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">COFRAC<\/a> (French Accreditation Committee).
