style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Lo scopo di questo studio \u00e8 valutare l'efficacia di una procedura di pulizia e disinfezione che utilizza un processo industriale a vapore su varie superfici comunemente presenti nell'industria alimentare.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #2487b0;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">METODI<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Le superfici testate (acciaio inox <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">metallo verniciato e piastrelle) sono stati puliti direttamente con il <\/span><\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iblspecifik.com\/it\/i-nostri-prodotti\/pulitore-industriale-a-vapore-steambio-19000\/\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">STEAMBIO 19000<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> (<\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> con ugello turbo). <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align:
