Whether in offices, schools, crèches, shops or any other premises such as factories or warehouses, regular cleaning and disinfection are essential. There are many machines available, both automatic and non-automatic, and disinfection times vary.
Classic disinfection equipment
The duration of the disinfection process is greatly reduced: Until now, airborne surface disinfection (ASD) using an automatic device incorporating a small air compressor required two relatively lengthy stages:
- Broadcasting : A compressed air disinfection appliance must diffuse its product until the volume of the room to be disinfected is saturated. The duration of diffusion depends on the size of the volume to be disinfected. For example, you should allow 50 minutes for a 100m3 room.
- Contact Time : it corresponds to the time required after saturation of the room for the disinfectant to take effect. This time varies according to the disinfectant and the disinfection machine. For example, it takes 120 minutes for a 100m3 room.
Reduced disinfection time
Until now, it took almost 3 hours to disinfect a 100m3 room in compliance with standard NF T 72281. With the IBL Specifik disinfection equipment and the APABIO disinfectant it now takes less than an hour. The technology of a disinfection appliance using a powerful "VORTEX" scissors turbine like the JETBIO 2020 can propel a disinfectant into the atmosphere at a speed of over 230 km/hour. This power means that a room can be saturated with disinfectant much more quickly than with a traditional compressed air system. IBL SPECIFIK has also created a rotating table (turning 360 degrees on itself), this tool creates a cyclonic air current effect which considerably increases the dispersion of the disinfectant throughout the room to be disinfected.
