The surfaces to be disinfected must be clean (i.e. previously cleaned with a (non-disinfectant) detergent or with a very high-temperature dry steam generator (our STEAMBIO 3000 / 185°C in the boiler and 100°C at the nozzle outlet. COVID19 is not resistant to temperatures above 70°C. The aim of this operation is to destroy and remove the " Biofilm "This is the first step in the disinfection process. Once this stage has been completed, you can move on to the Fogging stage.

The DECONTAMINATION stage actually called : (PRE-CLEANING): It is not necessary to clean beforehand, but this operation will not last and must be repeated very regularly.

PROTOCOL AND IMPORTANT RECOMMENDATIONS

1. Position the machine in the room, adjust the flow rate if necessary and start it up.
2. Then turn the nozzle at 45° towards a wall to create a circular vortex effect.
3. Contact time to be defined according to the volume to be disinfected. 30 minutes on average.
4. Ventilate the room for 10 to 15 minutes after fogging, to bring the oxygen peroxide concentration back down to a low level (1 ppm of H202).
5. With our solution, a 100m3 room will be fogged for 10 minutes + 10 minutes contact time + 10 minutes ventilation, i.e. the room will be immobilised for : 30 minutes
