Our aerial surface disinfection systems and bio-disinfection products can disinfect surfaces from 5m3 up to 5000 m3!
Compressed air, steam and the vortex turbine are the most commonly used technologies for airborne disinfection. This is known as disinfection by nebulisation, vaporisation or disinfection by fogging.
Disinfection by fogging "Dry" (incorrect term for surface humidification) is a DSVA technique.
This involves spraying a disinfectant in very fine droplets into the atmosphere, using a device known as a mister.
The mist thus formed will be deposited on all the surfaces of the part. in contact with the air. They will therefore be disinfected by moistening, but without getting wet.
Our disinfectants are all "BIOCIDE" approved in Brussels and comply with virucidal requirements to destroy and eliminate the Coronavirus. COVID-19
Disinfection equipment Able to disinfect up to :
300m3 (MINIBIO S12 AND AIRBIO)
5000 m3 (JETBIO MAX)
With an adjustable flow rate. All you have to do is set the timer and then start the machine before leaving the room, for the time it takes for the product to disperse and then for the disinfectant to come into contact with the surfaces. What's more, the disinfectant mist will act throughout the room, ensuring total disinfection of all the surfaces in the room by contact with the air. What's more, the effectiveness of our system has been validated by obtaining the standard NFT72-281.
Le Disinfection equipment IBL Specifik are used with the disinfectant APABIO. This is a disinfectant based on hydrogen peroxide. This type of molecule is on the list of substances authorised by the Order of 8 September 1999 listing "the processes and products used for cleaning materials and objects intended to come into contact with foodstuffs, products and beverages for human and animal consumption".
The decomposition of APABIO will lead to the release of free oxygen. These will oxidise the organic matter present in the environment or will recombine to form oxygen. Once the reaction is complete, all that will remain is : 2 H2O2 → 2 H2O + O2
It should be noted that it is, for the most part, this oxidising power that gives the mixture its biocidal potential. Free oxygen disrupts the balance of the phospholipid double membrane of microorganisms.
Le hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is a colourless liquid that is easily miscible in water. More specifically, APABIO is a mixture of hydrogen peroxide (< 8 %) coupled withperacetic acid (< 0.2%). These two compounds have been known for many years to be excellent disinfectants. Several scientists (Stampi et al., 2001, Lambert et al., 1999 and Bonadonna et al., 1999) have highlighted their bactericidal, virucidal and fungicidal properties. Hydrogen peroxide has a synergistic effect on peracetic acid. APABIO disinfectant combines the two substances, increasing its biocidal effectiveness.
