La disinfection by fogging is a technique for airborne surface disinfection (DSVA). This involves spraying a disinfectant into the atmosphere in very fine droplets, using a compressed air-powered device known as a fogger. The mist thus formed is deposited on all the surfaces in the room that come into contact with the air. They will therefore be disinfected, but not wet.
What are the advantages of disinfection by fogging?
Foggers can be either manual or automatic. IBL Specifik's foggers can be used to disinfect room surfaces without human intervention. With a regulated, digitally-controlled flow rate, these disinfection foggers automatically dose the product. All you have to do is start the programme and then leave the room while the disinfectant is in contact. What's more, the disinfectant mist will act throughout the room, ensuring total disinfection of all surfaces in contact with the air.
La disinfection by fogging is subject to the French standard for aerial surface disinfection, NF T 72-281, which attests to its effectiveness.
IBL aerial disinfection foggers are quick and easy to program. They guarantee effective disinfection results for local authorities (crèches, retirement homes, etc.), doctors' surgeries, laboratories, public transport, the food industry and all sectors requiring disinfection that complies with current standards.
