How a steam cleaner works in the food industry

Warning! For use with degreasing or detergent products please contact us.

  • Put ONLY water in the water tank.
  • Put ONLY water and detergent in the water+detergent tank.
  • Switch on the machine and wait about 7 minutes for the green LED to light up. Run the hose through all the nooks and crannies, observing the following rules:
    • From the cleanest to the dirtiest.
    • From top to bottom for vertical surfaces.
    • Always from the furthest to the most central.
    • Start with the least contaminated surfaces.
